Course Description

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.

This qualification provides a pathway to work as a Manager and Coordinator (Business Operations), Distribution Centre Supervisor, Freight Administrative Supervisor, Sales Manager, CEO, Line Manager. Production Manager, Sales Team Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, Warehouse Team Leader could progress to the following courses

Mode of Study

Face to Face 20 hours per week for 78 Academic Weeks.

Course Duration

78 Weeks including 18 weeks Term Breaks and Holidays and 60 Weeks Face to Face Training and Assessment.

Course Structure

To successfully achieve this qualification, students need to complete 12 units of competency which include 04 core units, plus 08 elective units.
